Preview:
"The most obvious feature of the Interlagos track is that it is very bumpy. I must admit I do not like this track very much as you drive it in a stop-start way and there is no flow to it. Last year I did manage to finish but I was one lap behind as I had problems with my seatbelt. I have never had a good result here but hopefully that will change this year. Physically it can be tiring as most of the corners are left-handers, but with less grip this year that should not be a problem and anyway, I never have any fitness worries. It should be straightforward to set up the car as we have what is basically a good car this year."

Свободные заезды (пятница):
"I am quite happy with the as I did my best time on tyres that had already done one run and with quite a lot of fuel on board. This morning the car was not so good, but I used the other type of tyre in the afternoon and it was instantly much better. There is still some work to do as the car oversteers on the entrance to the corners and then switches to understeer. The bumps are not such a problem as the car still has grip when you go over them. The car should be better in qualifying trim and I will be concentrating on my own performance."

Квалификация (суббота):
"I am very happy with my performance today, especially as my car had a misfire which slowed me down a bit so sixth is not bad. We changed all the spark plugs but after a while it came back again. But I am pleased my lap time is close to Michael's. I am confident for the race and our tyres should hold up well. McLarens should be unbeatable tomorrow, but I think we can beat the rest. My only worry is that I am not feeling very well and I am sweating a lot."

"This was a disappointing day after what had been a positive weekend, with a well set-up car up until the race. I made a good start and got between Michael and Wurz, but a few laps later Michael got past me. I was able to match Heinz-Harald's pace but my car was lacking in straight line speed, I don't know why. I flat spotted my right front and dropped back further. I got stuck behind Alesi after my stop and just could not get past him, which was pretty much the end of my race. My other big problem is that I have had the flu since yesterday and physically I was in very bad shape during the race. For the next race we will have some improvements which I hope should put us closer to the McLarens."
