Свободные заезды (пятница):
"I'm very pleased with today's session. The set-up we have now is very different from what we had this morning. We managed to get in a lot of laps and the car just kept getting better and better. I had a bit of an unfortunate incident during the last part of the second session. I was on a flying lap when I spun off at Curva do Sol."

Квалификация (суббота):
"I'm not sure what I was expecting but I'm a little bit disappointed. We had a few problems with the car during this morning's practice session and I didn't get as many laps as I would've liked. As a result I was a bit uncertain about everything during qualifying. Also the track was very slippery. I believe I could have done better but I'm looking forward to tomorrow."

"I had a bad start because I started to roll forward and I had to stop just as the start went. I lost a couple of positions but I managed to get them back eventually. I had a good battle with Hill but it was just impossible to overtake. I'm pleased that I finished but the way things were I guess I'm disappointed I didn't finish higher up."
