Preview:
"I like Imola even with the recent changes it offers an interesting challenge and I normally go reasonably well there. It is like a smaller version of Monza with shorter straights and slower speeds but the feel is very similar."

Свободные заезды (пятница):
"We worked through our normal Friday programme. Drivability is an issue on this track and also we struggled a little bit with the balance on the entry into the corners. Unfortunately I had a small engine problem which meant I couldn't finish the end of the session and missed out on the chance to check the car on new tyres, but tomorrow is another day."

Квалификация (суббота):
"It's great to be on pole especially as towards the end of the session I thought I might loose it. I was suffering from some imbalance and understeer with the car, which these conditions can create. I knew Mika had improved, so it was always going to be tight, but It is a good feeling to go out and improve the time and react to the pressure of qualifying."

Гонка (воскресенье):
"I am very happy to achieve victory here from my pole position and I would like to thank all the team and my mechanics for their efforts. After the second pit stop I knew we had a big enough gap to Michael so I tried to look after the car. I didn't want know at the time why Mika went out of the race because I didn't want to worry about anything but it is a shame that he wasn't able to score some more points towards the constructors' championship."
