Свободные заезды (пятница):
"Today we worked well, without encountering any particular problems. I think I have found a good set-up, although we know it is not easy on this track. The car reacted very well and we were able to try various things for the race, especially in relation to tyre wear."

Квалификация (суббота):
"Well, we still have some problems with the car, but at least we have managed to optimise its performance throughout the whole weekend. It's certainly very disappointing to start 12th on the grid - less than two-tenths from seventh place - but what's important today is that the whole Gauloises Prost Peugeot team works perfectly together. We have 'ring-fenced' the problems and now we have the means to solve them. I am happy with my car and optimistic for the race."

"I am obviously disappointed again to be forced to retire so close to the finish, once again because of mechanical problems and after the team had worked so hard to prepare the car. We must remain positive. This week, we will continue to work hard at Magny-Cours. There is no reason why we should not gain the results we deserve in the near future."
