Preview:
"Goodyear is making very good progress and we certainly look more competitive against Bridgestone now. Everyone is working extremely hard to make improvements to our competitiveness and I think performance in France should be reasonable. Grande Courbe is the best corner as it is a fast one and there are not many of these left now in Formula One. The entry is very fast and then you go into a left hand kink and then you dive into the compression. You have to try to carry the car through the corner and come out cleanly as this will determine your speed on the straight."

Свободные заезды (пятница):
"I am pretty encouraged by today. I feel we have made progress and that the few things we learnt in testing here last week are working for us now. We have definitely used the testing to good affect and I am very pleased about that. I would say we have a much better chance of qualifying further up in the top ten than normal."

Квалификация (суббота):
"This is a fantastic result - the team's best one-two performance this season. The car has been very good all weekend thanks to Goodyear, who have made good progress with their tyres, and Honda, who have come up with a new engine. With a little more on all sides I think we could really be challenging up at the front. I think that, although we won't be challenging for the lead in tomorrow's race, we can be competitive because the race runs we have done have been good and the tyres are durable. I think we are on for points!"

Гонка (воскресенье):
"This was a really disappointing day for me and the team, and particularly frustrating to have to retire so early in the race. The start was good and the car felt good enough to win us points. I think we were strong enough to challenge Villeneuve and either I or Ralf would have got him in the pit stops. The problem I had seems to be linked to the hydraulics as I could not accelerate or change gears. It felt similar to the problem I experienced at the end of qualifying yesterday."
