Preview:
"I know the circuit well from my German Formula 3 days. The weather will be a big factor at as it usually is. You normally battle against understeer at Nurburgring, so we must find a set-up which helps us get the best from our tyres to combat that. Because overtaking is so difficult it's important to qualify near the front. I hope the track will hold a lot of rubber over the weekend because it has a tendency to be very slippery otherwise."

Свободные заезды (пятница):
"This morning we didn't know whether the set-up we had chosen would best suit the conditions. We did a few laps of evaluation and decided to go for a major suspension change. The mechanics did a great job to complete the work and get me out for the last part of the afternoon session. The handling improved but I am still losing time at certain points on the circuit because of some understeer. We still have some way to go before we find an optimum set-up for qualifying."

Квалификация (суббота):
"I'm disappointed with the way things turned out today. In the wet conditions during this morning's first practice session the car seemed to be handling well until I spun. Unfortunately when the circuit dried up, the car's behaviour changed and we struggled for balance. The alterations we made to the set-up this morning and during qualifying just didn't seem to work - as my times indicate. We will use tomorrow morning's warm-up to try and find improvements before the race."

Гонка (воскресение):
"I had a very bad start after a minor clutch problem. Both stops went pretty well but I missed my chance to pass Panis when he got out of the pit lane ahead of me. I had a good duel with Salo from about half-distance. My lap times were quite consistent but I was unable to push much more because I was struggling with understeer. It's nice to get the car home and I felt I drove a solid race."
