"In the first session I could not ran too much because of a brake problem. They were changed between the two sessions. It's no easy thing to find the right set up for the car on this circuit and with the engineers we will work from now (on paper) until tomorrow (on the track) to make the best use of the data we collected today. I know this track and I like it, last time I ran here was right last year, in Formula Nippon: I hope I will do better tomorrow."

Квалификация (суббота):
"I hope that last qualifying of my first F1 season would be a bit better, to be able to start from a higher position on the grid, but unfortunately it was not like this. During the session we changed the set up of the car to find a better aerodynamic balance and be able to gain something, but unfortunately I could not gain as much as I wished and I should have, even if I made my best."

Гонка (воскресение):
"I had a bad start, because I found a stopped car in front of me on the grid, which was a handicap. After this, it was no better story, as at about half way through the race, I touched Takagi who had just come out of the box. I was faster, saw a gap and tried to overtake him but my wheels locked and unluckily I went into him."
